This slippery little devil, for all the silliness of catching hold of it to apply, is really gorgeous for my skin! Perfect price point and simple easy to recognise package are great. I recommended it to my dry skinned daughter straight away and she loved it too! I would definately buy it again especially in the winter with my skin dehydrated with the heating up high ok it might be all the red wine but whatever this mask is fab!

I love a good sheet mask so was happy to give this product a go. As with most sheet masks, it was a bit slippery to deal with and I knew from prior experience to let it drip a bit before applying it to stop it being too messy. I also had to fold back some of the edges for a good fit but again, this is normal for sheet masks because we don't all have the same shaped face! I'm used to cloth sheet masks and much preferred the hydrogel formal of this mask - it stayed put on my face and felt lovely and cool. I left it on for 25 minutes and massaged the excess into my face. I also used the extra serum in the packet on my neck and shoulders. The next day my skin felt lovely and moist, and I even looked well rested which is a miracle given I have three children under five. I really enjoyed this mask and would definitely use it again!

I found the Neutrgena Hydrogel Sheet Mask very cooling and soothing. I had a surprise when I opened the sachet and the mask slipped out and the gel leaked all over my hands. I wasn’t expecting the mask to come out so easily, thankfully I opened it over the basin. It was easy to apply, and stayed on fairly well, only slipping a little but is easily adjusted. I left the mask on for 30 minutes, peeled it off and massaged any gel residue into my skin.My skin feels refreshed and smooth. I have dry skin so I wouldn’t say it was overly moisturising for my skin but I think it would be nice to use after a day out at the beach as the cooling and soothing feel that the mask leaves on the skin would be wonderful at the end of the day!

I found this mask had alot of liquid in the pack and the mask was a bit hard to remove from the backing, other than that I found the mask was great. With Winter beginning, my skin was dry and dehydrated and after using this mask for 30 minutes my face felt and looked hydrated and this lasted for several days. I would be happy to use this mask weekly and reap the benefits.

Thank you very much for allowing me to trial the Neutrogena Youthful Boost Hydrogel Mask! In terms of the brand Neutrogena, they've been around an awfully long time, so obviously they're doing something right, however, this was my first point of contact with any of their products, so I was suitably excited to see what they have to offer.The mask itself is encased in a purple 30g foil sachet, which is easily opened with a perforated edge to tear, however....bloop! The mask came rushing out of the packaging on a tide of slippery serum, and landed on the edge of the sink. After I retrieved it, and scooped up the contents, I managed to work out what to peel off (the white paper) and begin to apply the clear gel sheet to the upper part of my face, and repeat the process with the lower half of the mask. I did remove a point because Neutrogena were so generous with the serum that the mask kept slipping and sliding around on my face for the first fifteen minutes. Once the serum had infused a little on my face, the mask seemed to settle into place better for the remaining fifteen minutes, and the experience was much more relaxing. The serum has a light, refreshing fragrance, that does not offend the senses, or set off any sneezing, so that's a bonus.I was watching closely for any sensation of irritation while the mask was on my face, but I was pleased to note there wasn't any adverse reaction, and settled in for the half an hour with a cup of herbal tea, and popped my feet up. When the time was up, I was well and truly ready to get rid of the gel sheets and pat in the remaining serum. I did notice that my skin felt plumped and smoothed, and that my facial contours felt a little more lifted. The serum was a much more pleasant to apply afterwards, and there was plenty remaining in the packaging to give my neck and the backs of my hands a go as well. For winter dehydrated skin, it's an absolutely wonderful, moisturising treat! Would I purchase again? Perhaps if the hydrating serum came packaged separately and I didn't have to apply the gel sheets. I found them quite annoying, really. The plumping effects are very long lasting though, so maybe it's worth going through the hassle of the sheet mask process. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a plumping boost, especially on skin that's out of it's first bloom.

This sheet mask comes in 2 parts, one for top half of face and another for bottom half of face. It goes on cold and there is a lot of the essence, so I like to stand in front of the mirror and apply. Then I go and lie down or at least put my head back on the sofa. I kept the mask on for 30 minutes and then my face felt cool and refreshed after I took the mask off. I really enjoyed this mask. I have mature, dry and sensitive skin and it's hard to find a good mask. This mask left my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. I found it easy to use, there was a very generous amount of serum in the packet. It stayed in place without slipping. My face felt and looked hydrated for a couple of days after the application.I would recommend it to people with really dry, sensitive skin.

I was grateful to be invited to trial the Neutrogena® Youthful Boost® 100% Hydrogel Sheet Mask because I enjoy using masks regularly and because I hadn’t tried this particular mask. The packaging is the typical foil, tear-open pack that sheet masks are usually packaged in. The colour of the pack is a stand out bright purple – a colour that is easily visible on a store shelf. The mask comes in two sections with a peel-off backing. Following the instructions, I positioned the top half of the mask over my forehead, eyes, nose and cheeks, and then the bottom half over the lower part of my face. The surprise of this mask is that it has flaps which can be placed over the eyes and mouth if desired to boost those areas which are usually left exposed on a sheet mask. One thing I liked about this hydrogel mask is that it stayed in place and didn’t slip off my face. I have used other hydrogel masks which continually slipped out of place and had to be repositioned a number of times. The mask is quite cold when it is first applied but the coldness soon settles down. I didn’t experience any tingling while using the mask, or any redness or irritation afterwards. I have dry, mature skin and I can honestly say this mask left my skin looking smooth and really hydrated. After I removed the mask I massaged the remaining essence into my skin concentrating on my neck where the mask didn’t reach. There is so much essence in the pack so it would be a crime not to use it all up. I left the essence to soak into my skin for a few hours before I applied my usual night time serum and eye cream. The next morning my skin looked radiant, bright, plump and smooth and it felt so soft. . I was so impressed with the results of the Neutrogena® Youthful Boost® 100% Hydrogel Sheet Mask that I purchased more of these plus the night masks in the same range. I have no hesitation in recommending these masks to anyone who wants to boost the hydration to their skin while being left with glowing, smooth skin.

Thank you to the Beauty Crew for allowing me to trial this product! My skin is more on the dry side so I'm always looking for hydrating products. The Neutrogena hydrogel sheet mask is soaked in the serum/formula which contains hyaluronic acid which helps plump the skin while also reducing the signs of ageing. The mask was a bit hard to unfold but once I put it on it felt so great! It was very cool and my skin was saturated in the serum. I left it on for about five minutes and then took it off. I then used my fingers to rub in the serum. My skin felt so hydrated and it didn't leave a sticky or greasy feeling. It's only a single use mask but you could get away with using it again. The next morning my skin had a nice glow and a lot more plump. I didn't notice a change in my lines and wrinkles but overall my skin felt moisturised. My makeup looked so much better because of it and I didn't have to use any face creams that day. Overall it's a great product that I would definitely use again. Whether it be for a special occasion or as a weekly mask to keep your skin looking and feeling fresh, it's easy to use and great for those with dry skin!

As someone you recently turned 40, I was very excited to try the Neutrogena Youthful Boost Hydragel Mask. The product comes in a single use sealed packet, which helps keep the mask fresh and saturated in the serum. The mask can be a bit tricky to open and apply as it is drenched in the serum and feels a bit slippery. It has a unique gel like texture, which makes it easier to stay on your face and not slide off like some of the paper based face masks I’ve used. It has a lovely hydrating texture and I can feel it getting slighter warmer on my face, and this also helps my skin absorb the hydrating serum a lot better than regular masks. I left this on my face for 30mins and gently removed it from my face and then patted in any extra serum and the remainder from the actual pack itself. My skin did feel softer, hydrated and more plumped up after one application. This mask is slightly tricky to apply at first but it does leave your skin feeling very hydrated. I think it would be a lovely weekly treat for dehydrated, mature skin types. I will repurchase this mask in the future when I need that extra hydrating boost.
