I have been using this product for years now and it works like a charm. It hydrates my skin and doesnt leave an oily texture. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great moisturiser for sensitive skin.

Changed Formula Is A DISASTER!!!
Was the best moisturiser I had ever used. I had been using it for 6 years. New formula has left my face burning uncontrollably. Absolutely devastated and will now have to try and find something like what this used to be.

Great product, terrible bottle
I love the product but feel that the packaging might work best in a tub or have some alternative to the pump. I did a test recently where I cut open the bottle that had "finished" and scraped the remaining product out using a mini scraper. There was 36mls that I decanted into a small tub. That is 30% of the 118mls product that would have been wasted had I not done this.

Great moisturiser, not a great bottle design
This moisturiser feels so nice on the skin, and doesn’t clog pores. My go to moisturiser.
However, the pump design could use some improvement. Perhaps this product would work better in a tub. The pump stops working even when there is still lots of product left in the bottle, so I’m going to have to scrape the rest out with something. Please change the packaging! It’s a great moisturiser.

Not so sensitive to skin
This product, as it claims, is oil free and doesn’t clog pores; it is very lightweight and didn’t cause any breakouts for me, like some moisturisers do. However, after about a month’s worth of use, I started to notice a red, dry and flaky rash on my top lip. When I stopped using the product, the rash disappeared. I bought the cream again and tried it out alone to make sure it wasn’t another product causing the rash, and the rash returned again much faster than the last time. I suspect it could be parabens present in the moisturiser that caused the irritation for me. Sadly, I can no longer use this moisturiser without it causing this problem.

Love Neutrogena
I’m 45 years of age and have been using Neutrogena since I was 21. I was using Neutrogena combination moisturiser which is great, but I’ve recently been unable to find it at the store, so I bought the sensitive skin moisturiser instead. I’ve found that the texture of the sensitive moisturiser is much thicker, so a little goes a long way. It absorbs quickly into my skin and I noticed my skin is more hydrated, supple and softer. I believe it’s perfect, more so, for mature skin that usually requires much more hydration.

Stopped dispensing
I have been using the SPF 15 face moisturiser for many years and have always been happy with it.
I recently bought the oil free for sensitive skin which has been OK but now after only using a small amount it seems to be so thick it will not dispense and I have unscrew the lid and dab it on my face. I have fiddled with the container and even tried to warm the cream to thin it out but to no avail, I still have to dab. Is this a fault or a problem container?
