Neutrogena® Deep Clean Hydrating Cleansing Oil 200mL

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE BEST I tried so far I have tried so many different make up removing products, and this is the BEST make up removing oil I ever used. It hydrates, and deeply cleans, and leave my skin nice clean and supple. The hydrating formula is just amazing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's okay I'm new to oil based cleansers and had found a wonderful product but at $45 a bottle, I was looking for a cheaper alternative. I've tested this Neutrogena version and I was underwhelmed. Firstly, the smell wasn't what I was expecting and smelled 'chemically'. Secondly, you can't rub it into your eyes, unlike the other brand. How are you expected to remove eye make up without it touching your eyes? I need a cleanser to be the complete package... i.e. not having to wash my eyes separately with a different product. I hope they can tweak the formula and make this a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent make up remover I wear Double wear foundation- so it tough makeup to get it all off at the end of the day. I find this cleansing oil the best to remove my makeup - I swapped to this when I could no longer get another major (top range) brands cleansing oil. This is product is as good, if not better because of the price. I have been using it for 2 years. I masage the oil all over my face, then wet my hands and massage again to activate it. Wipe off with a soft facial cloth. I find it gets it all off, leaving my skin soft and dewy ready for my night skin routine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Affordable makeup remover This oil is amazing and does such a great job to cleanse the face and remove makeup. It is super gentle and doesn’t strip the skin. Definitely a must have in the beauty cupboard as you’ll keep reaching for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from smells good I use this as part of my double cleanse routine in my daily night routine. I place in dry hands and rub together to warm it up before putting it on my dry face and leave it there for at least 2 minutes before adding water to my hands and rubbing it in, it becomes a milky look but cleans my face well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bit disappointed This works relatively well and is pretty affordable, but I was a bit disappointed that it didn't remove my waterproof mascara. It also burns by eyes when I am using it to remove my eye makeup and my skin always feels dry afterwards. I would not recommend this to people with dry skin or sensitive eyes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THIS RUINED MY FACE PLS BE CAREFUL Im writing this to hopefully save others from experiencing the same thing I did because it’s been simply horrible. I followed the trend and tried out this product. On the third day of using it I just rinsed it off just with water (instead of using a face wash after the oil cleanser) which it says in the instructions is okay to do... and I think that’s when It happened. I woke up with the entire bottom half of my face covered in a huge breakout. It looked like an angry bright red rash covering every millimetre of skin. I thought it was an allergic reaction so I saw the doc. She said it’s clogged all of my pores and gave me anti biotics. She had a look at the ingredients and said I could possibly be allergic to the fragrance they used too. I have never in my life had skin this bad. I wish I could upload photos as proof. Huge, painful pimples one on top of the other with more and more white heads every single morning I wake up. The skin is flaking too, so makeup looks horrific. My skin before this by the way, was clear. I’d had a few spots and that’s what lead me to this but I am not acne prone at all. It’s been two whole weeks now and my face is painful all the time - even when I’m not touching it. Don’t get me started on how bad my anxiety is with my face angry and red and lumpy and flakey. The pimples are now going down my neck too. Please be careful with this. At least use face wash after using the oil cleanser to be safe. I did not change anything else in my routine save this exact oil cleanser. Wish I never knew about it

Excellent and removes even water proof make up. Everything came off. Use it daily at night as a first cleanse to remove sunscreen, etc. followed by the Neutrogena extra gentle cleanser.
