BRING BACK OLD FORMULA
I bought this product yesterday, a product i have purchased for years and has been my ride or die moisturiser. its good for my sensitive skin and doesn’t break me out, however, to my surprise on my recent repurchase, it had been re-packaged and rebranded, but not only this, I only realised when both my boyfriend and my face felt raw, irritated and hot after applying that the formula had been changed. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK. This new formula includes ingredients as other reviewers have mentioned that irritate sensitive skin.

TERRIBLE
I have used this 3 times and every single time i tried to put it on my face and my face just started burning. I completely cleaned my face before applying it and also have never had any acne or severe skin conditions. This said it was ULTRA GENTLE and FOR SENSITIVE SKIN...

Bring back the old formula!!!
I used the old formula for over 10 years and it was amazing for sensitive skin. The change in formula left my skin highly irritated and it burned for days. I’m absolutely devastated and at a complete loss as to why such a great product had the be changed. Having to now spend a fortune trying to find an alternative.

I had a solid routine that made my skin less sensitive and I decided to purchase this because it was good value. It seemed fine, but the more I used it over time the more sensitive my skin has became again and it flares up redness/eczema. I didn’t like the previous version and I’ve given up on Neutrogena unfortunately.

Sadly this not good, for me.
I purchased this moisturiser 2 weeks ago. Skin went bright red and sunburn looking with no sun exposure after 3 hours. Stoped. Within 24 hours skin back to normal. 4 days later tried again, similar response only worse, this time feels like bad sunburn, stinging, painful red swollen skin, with no sun exposure at all. (Deliberately left moisturiser of part of neck, that area no reaction.) I have never reacted to a moisturiser before, let alone the painful red ‘sunburn’ like reaction this one caused. ‘Ultra Gentle Daily Moisturiser, by Neutrogena, for me was a very bad choice. I can not recommend it.

bring old one back!!!
BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA
The new version has left my skin red raw and stings!
had been a fan of the old version for 15yrs was the only thing that actually hydrated my skin and could be worn under my make up the new "improved" one is nothing in comparison.
the reviews speak for themself 1000 s of people world wide saying bring it back and its old stock has sold out every where even on ebay!

Bring back the old one
I have sensitive skin acne prone skin, And I have been using the sensitive moisturiser for 15+ years with that being said the new improve has done nothing but clog up my pores and have made them enlarge and doesn't hydrate like the old does. Definitely would recommend bringing the old moisturiser back!.
