Bring back the old formula!!
I had been using the old formula for years and it was wonderful - I converted all my friends to use it too. However, this new formula has been awful - my skin is dry, blotchy and stinging. My eyelids are peeling. I can't use this moisturiser anymore!!

terrible product
bring back the old formula. this new one makes my face hot and burns. why can't you leave a good product alone. I have really sensitive skin and this new product is poison to it. I now have to waste money going through all other brands available when I should still be using the old formula.

New formula is NOT for my sensitive skin
I've been buying and using the 'Oil-free moisturiser for sensitive skin' for years, after much trial and error with other companies/products. I narrowed down my problem and made sure I avoided all products with citric oil/acid (which this product didn't have).
I recently bought a new bottle and noted the change in packaging which said something about a new look but NOTHING about a formula change and stupidly I didn't check. Cut to 5 days later and my face has been breaking out and is burning hot - I suddenly wonder about checking the ingredients.
Yes, turns out it's not just a new look but a new formula which includes CITRIC ACID.
I'm so upset I'm almost in tears at being so let down by a brand I've trusted and relied on for years - people with sensitive skin need to know if things change!
Needless to say I am back to square one in seeking an appropriate product, and will be thoroughly checking ingredients lists no matter what.

Bring the old one back!
Please bring the old moisturiser back! It was a unique formula that contained no Phenoxyethanol and had a large loyal following. Make the bottle smaller if you have to in order to increase sales if that’s the issue. Learn from the arnotts shapes change that a new change isn’t always a good change. The new moisturiser is okay, but it contains Phenoxyethanol for one. It certainly doesn’t differentiate from all the other same old moisturisers on the market. It makes my foundation turn yellow-orange, dries out my eyes and my skin doesn’t look as healthy and fresh as before. I prefer a basic moisturizer so that I can add additional skin care if I need. Bring the old one back!

Love love love!!
This is super great. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin and prone to clogging. I don’t need much of this and it’s lightweight, moisturising and sinks in right away! This product seems to hydrate my skin so well and in an effortless way which is a major selling point for me.

Not the same formula as previous moisturiser
I recently bought this moisturiser when I was looking to refill my usual neutrogena sensitive skin moisturiser. I really wanted to love this but it really disappointed me as the old product was absolutely perfect.This one is more oily and stings whenever I use it after cleansing my face - not good for a sensitive skin product - it also usually ends up being too heavy and clogging my pore too much that I sweat it off pretty quickly.

An excellent all rounder
I have been really, truly happy with this moisturiser. I have tried many "lightweight" "intense hydrating" style moisturisers over the years and they have never really wowed me (or my skin). Neutrogena has created an excellent sensitive skin moisturiser that happily sits of bare skin or under a layer of makeup or sunscreen without negatively impacting my appearance. It doesn't feel to heavy or greasy at all, but still provides great hydration to the skin. I also really like how the pump only let's out a pea sized amount with each press, allowing me to easily get out how much I need for my face, and then come back for a small amount to touch up any drier areas.

Lives up to its name
I have been using this product for four weeks now and can attest to it being "ultra-gentle" - I haven't experienced any skin reactions using this product despite having sensitive skin. I use it to lock in moisture after exfoliation and it makes my skin feel soft, smooth, and fresh. It also makes my skin glisten (without looking greasy) which is a plus. The packaging also makes it very easy to dispense and use the product.

1 - light weight perfect for day wear and under make-up
2- No need for kitchen grease paper to soak up all the non absorbed greasy feel that some creams leave behind!
3- More bang for your buck!
The NeutrogenaUltra Gentle Daily Moisturiser is 100ml and price range from around $10 - $15 -
4- As a result of #3 Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily Moisturiser is not only gentle on the skin, it's gentle on the pocket as well!
Last but not least #5 True to the word "Gentle" and gentle is what it is.
I have tried many products claiming to be "gentle" for sensitive skin and spent some $ on products that have burnt or irritated my skin to the point prescription medication was needed to reverse the damage.
So, thank you for choosing me to try out Neutrogena® Ultra Gentle Daily Moisturiser.

I thought the product was a lovely consistency and went on very smoothly. It had a nice cooling and fresh feel on the face and I could feel the moisture in the product. Having sensitive skin has hindered me from using some moisturisers in the past however this one was very light weight and didn’t irritate my skin.

Great for sensitive skin
This product makes my skin feel fresh and soft. It doesn't have a strong fragrance which is great for sensitive skin. I find that Neutrogena trusted skincare brand name which is well priced and it didn't mess with my skin at all

Upon trying this product for a week I couldn’t believe the difference in my skin already!! It feels much softer and hydrated, I am very impressed. What I liked the most is that unlike most products out there, I found that this moisturiser sunk into my skin very well and didn’t feel heavy or greasy!! It made my skin feel nourished and extremely refreshed. I have very sensitive skin but this moisturiser was very gentle on my skin and improved the redness in my face. I will definitely introduce this product into my skin care routine.

I love this moisturiser! I have super sensitive skin and so far I haven't had any irritation or breakouts! I love that is it oil free and super gentle. It doesn't seem to have any fragrances added either which I love for my sensitive skin.

Gentle hyrdating moisturiser
I have enjoyed using Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Daily Moisturiser Sensitive over the last couple of weeks. The formula is not scented and I did not have any issues with my skin as it can be sensitive. My face felt hydrated after use but was not oily or sticky, the cream melting into my skin well. I liked the pump on the bottle making the cream easy to dispense, one pump was enough to cover my whole face. After using it day and night I have noticed my skin is nice and hydrated, usually my forehead can get quite dry but regular use of this cream seems to have helped. I will definitely look at buying a new bottle soon as I’m almost out.

As the name suggests
This product lives up to its name. It is a very gentle moisturiser and feels nice when you put it on your skin. It is not oily or heavy and dries quickly. I have sensitive skin which often reacts to harsh products and I did not have any issues using it.
It is a good moisturiser but did not wow me in any way. It did as the name suggested and I would recommend it if someone specifically asked, but would not go our of my way to tell others about it, as I did not think it was any better than any other moisturisers I have used.

Gentle and effective moisturiser
I was really impressed with Neutrogena® Ultra Gentle Daily Moisturiser Sensitive. The texture of the moisturiser was smooth and absorbed quickly into my skin. After using the moisturiser in the morning and the evening for two weeks, I definitely think my skin is more hydrated and softer. I also used the lotion on my neck and hands after noticing such positive results. The bottle is sleek and easy to pack away in a travel case for trips, and the pump dispenses an appropriate amount of moisturiser. This is a great moisturiser that is sensitive on skin and provides fantastic results.

Excellent moisturiser
The appearance of this moisturiser is clean and fresh and I really like the bottle it comes in! It would be suitable for anyone that travels as it is in a hard bottle with a swivel top that can be closed. It also easily dispenses a small portion that is enough for my whole face. I get concerned with new products and how they'll react to my skin but this formula has no smell at all and is as lightweight as water as it glides on and moisturised my skin effortlessly. Even though it is lightweight, it left my skin well moisturised throughout the entire day and night and it has some amazing ingredients. I don't have anything negative to say about this product, it's been designed very well to suit everyone.

So lightweight and hydrating
This product was gorgeous. I was on the lookout for a new moisturiser so this was perfect to try. The moisturiser came in a tidy, good sized bottle and dispenser gave such a good amount of product to not have any excess or wastage. The moisturiser itself was so lightweight and felt so amazing and hydrating on my skin. It was dreamy and soothing to apply and it left my skin feeling very refreshed and smooth. I use it AM and PM and have very much enjoyed adding this product to my skincare routine. No overbearing fragrance and my skin very much agrees with it. Beautiful product.

Lovely, light and hydrating
This moisturiser feels light on my skin yet is so hydrating and calming on my sensitive skin. My skin has felt so soft since using this cream and noticeably less red. It smells lovely! You only need a couple of pumps so definitely an amazing price point. I will definitely continue to use this moisturiser, I love it!

Great Product!
This moisturizer is perfect for normal to oily skin as it’s very light weight. I love the pump and lock packaging as it’s easy to dispense and safe from leakage. I felt that I didn’t need a lot of product when applying this as the moisturizer has a very creamy consistency. I Love how there is no fragrance added so defiantly great for sensitive skin. It did take some time to dry down but doesn't leave my skin overly dewy. I also liked how there is added vitamin E, B3 and B5 in the moisturizer. Over the last 4 weeks of using this moisturizer I'm very happy with the results. My redness has defiantly reduced and I feel overall my skin is better hydrated.
