Greasy, oily, and stinging my eyes.
I am dissatisfied with these new formula sunscreens. The dryness of sunscreen on the body and face was no longer present like it was before. Regrettably, I purchased an excessive amount for future use. It appears to be oily, greasy, and causes a sting to my eyes. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Greasy, changed formula
I used to love this product but when I bought this latest model I was SHOCKED to find the formula had changed to no longer be matte. This was the only sunscreen that I have ever found that leaves a truly matte finish. Very dissatisfied, a total waste of $12

No longer as advertised.
I have used Ultra Sheer Face for many years.
I have had 7 surgeries on my face for S.C.C's including reconstructive surgery and skin grafts.
Sun Protection is of the utmost importance to me.
The previous formulation coupled with a wide brim had provide very good sun protection coupled with the sheer, non-greasy and dry touch feel.
I purchased the sunscreen in the new formula only to find it is now no longer as advertised.
Upon application the sunscreen does not dry, sits on the skin looking as if cooking oil has been applied.
It is not dry touch, touching your face leaves your fingers greasy.
No longer a matte finish either.
If I could give negative stars I would, shame on you Neutrogena for falsely advertising this product in this way.
I will not ring your customer number as you have advised previous reviewers, will you refund the 2 sunscreens I purchased or change the formula back to one that was a proven success?

Too oily and greasy.
The new formulation does not live up to the claims. It's so oily and greasy, not the least bit matte. Bring the dry touch formula back, this one's a nightmare for oily skin.

New formulation greasy
My daughter and I are religious about applying sunscreen and loved the original formula for it's matte finish. We have puppy shin, and the new formulation stays on the surface of the skin, rubbing of onto clothes. We don't need all this oil: we aren't working out our swimming, so we don't need the application to last for hours. If we had to trade of lower SPF for a dry, mate finish, we would.

Complete opposite of what it says
This product is thick, leaves a white cast, is super greasy, super shiny and absolutely not matte in any way, shape or form. Absolute waste of money.

Long time user of this product. The new formulation is not a Matt finish and is greasier on my skin than the previous formulation.

HOW TO USE
Apply liberally to all exposed areas 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently (at least every 2 hours) and immediately after swimming, excessive perspiration, towelling or prolonged sun exposure.
