Neutrogena Coachella Priceline Promotion

1.Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions.  By entering, entrants accept these conditions. Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
2.Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and associated companies and agencies as well as the immediate families of each of these people are not eligible to enter.   
3.The promotion begins at 12.01am Sydney time on 8 April 2025 and closes 11.59pm Sydney time on 4 June 2025 (Promotion Period).
4.To enter, entrants must:  
(a) purchase any 2 x Neutrogena products (Eligible Products) (excluding sunscreen) in one single transaction from any participating Priceline store (in-store or online) during the Promotion Period and scan or enter their Priceline Sisterclub loyalty card at the time of purchase of the Eligible Products (Qualifying Transaction);
(b) fully complete and submit the entry form found at www.neutrogena.com.au/promotions (including providing their first name, last name, email address, date of birth, State/Territory of residence, postcode, phone number, Eligible Products purchased, participating store of purchase and uploading a copy of the Qualifying Transaction receipt)”.
5.Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.  Each entrant may only enter once.
6.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
7.The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
8.Each entrant is responsible for paying for the costs associated with entering the promotion.
9.The draw will be conducted at 11:00am on 6th June, 2025 at  Level 10, 77 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, 2000.  The first 2 valid entries randomly drawn will each win a prize.
10.Each entrant must create their own entry and only submit an entry in their own name. All entries become the property of the Promoter.  The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11.There are 2 prizes:
(a)Prize 1: The first valid entry drawn will win a VIP Coachella Holiday for four  (4) people valued at AUD$23,000 depending on point of departure. Prize includes:  
        i. Return economy airfares for four (4) people from winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Los Angeles, CA, United States of America;
       ii. All airline and airport taxes;
       iii. Return private airport/accommodation transfers for four (4) people in the destination city;
       iv. 4 nights’ accommodation in a Villa in Los Angeles, CA to sleep four (4) people (or similar subject to availability); and
      v. Four (4) VIP tickets to Coachella Festival 2026.
(b)Prize 2: The second valid entry drawn will win four (4) General Admission Coachella tickets valued at AUD$18,000 depending on point of departure. Prize includes:
     i. Return economy airfares for four (4) people from winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Los Angeles, CA, United States of America;
ii. All airline and airport taxes;
iii.Return private airport/accommodation transfers for four (4) people in the destination city;
iv. 4 nights’ accommodation in a Villa in Los Angeles, CA to sleep four (4) people  (or similar subject to availability); and
v.Four (4) General Admission tickets to Coachella Festival 2026.
12. The total prize pool (for Prize 1 and Prize 2) is valued at $41,000. All prize values are the recommended retail value (including GST) in Australia as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing.
13. Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed./ in the travel prize package descriptions above are not included. Prizes must be taken to coincide with the Coachella Festival 2026 in Los Angeles, CA in the United States of America.
14. The winners and their travel companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. It is the winners’ responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the prize winners and/ or their travel companions miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the responsibility and expense of the winners and their travel companions.
15.Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.  Frequent flyer points will not form part of the Prizes.  Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.  The winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. The winners are responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Winners and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.
16.The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
17.Once any prize has left the Promoter’s/supplier’s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the prize.
18.Each winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw on Tuesday 10th June 2025. Each winner’s details (first initial, last name, postcode) and State or Territory of residence will be published in The Australian Financial Review within 30 days of the draw. By entering this promotion, each entrant requests that his or her full address not be published.
19.The Promoter may require a winner to verify their entry and provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and proof of purchase. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
20.Prizes will be mailed by the Promoter directly to the winner to the Australian address provided on their entry form within 60 days of the Coachella 2026 tickets being released to the general public by the relevant event supplier.
21.If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in the unclaimed prize draw in accordance with paragraph 26.
22.The Promoter may verify the validity of entries, and in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this promotion by, any person who manipulates or tampers with or benefits from any manipulation of or tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion (including, but not limited to soliciting votes, disguising an IP address, using multiple email addresses or aliases to submit multiple entries for the same person, or other electronic account) or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive or dishonest manner, acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or acts in a way to jeopardise the fair operation of the promotion.
23.Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory, where required.
24.If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, manipulation, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory, where required.
25.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this promotion results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
26.In the event of a prize not being accepted or claimed within 3 months of the draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws at 10am (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 24th September 2025 at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prizes, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified in writing within 7 business days of the draw and will have their details (first initial, last name, postcode) and State or Territory of residence published in Australian Financial Review within 30 business days of the draw. If there are any unclaimed prizes, each unclaimed prize will be distributed to the next valid entry randomly drawn in descending order of value until all unclaimed prizes are awarded.
27.Entrants’ personal information (PI) will be collected to enable the Promoter and its agencies to administer and promote this promotion and its winners. The PI of winners may be provided to third parties assisting in the conduct of the promotion, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and for publicity purposes surrounding the promotion. If the PI requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion the entrant consents to the use of their PI as described.
